Your private selections will be delivered to your door via Courier or if an international delivery via NZ Post International Air. For your safety and security, all deliveries will require a signature and can be delivered to an address and or a PO Box. If you are unable to receive the package when the courier calls, a message will be left for you to contact them to arrange a more convenient delivery time. New Zealand Health regulations do not permit the return of intimate apparel and products. An exception will be made for lingerie resizing providing that the items have not been worn. All items to be returned for resizing must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase. If the resized product is unavailable, a credit will be issued. This credit is not redeemable for cash and can be used to purchase products in the Erox range. Refund Policy: We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. A Credit Note will be issued if a lingerie item is unsuitable. All massagers carry a 30 day manufacturers warranty against faults & defects. In the unlikely event of there being a fault with any product that you have purchased, we will send a replacement providing the item is returned within the warranty period.
